Capturing fall
Nothin quite compares to the brilliant colors the trees produce each fall. The images in this set include leaves I picked up while on a walk around the bluffs near Elsah, IL. I brought them back to my studio. Others I took in place. Included as well are fish eye views of trees which make them feel as if they extend upward into space and that they completely surround you. Also included are two images I captured of a bald eagle that was seen all through the winter very near the art studio at Principia College. Just for fun I threw in three photos of the spiders that I kept running into while around the building shooting.
